  1. Digital Gamified Career Website:
    Postbank launched an inventive gamified career website featuring a career quiz game. This was not just an informative portal but an engaging platform where potential employees could understand their fit within the organization.
  2. VR Game-based Software Application:
    To enhance the training and development environment for both potential and existing employees, Postbank introduced a game-based VR software application. This tool provided an immersive, interactive, and inspiring environment catering to the needs of the modern workforce.
  3. Chatbot for Career Counseling on Viber:
    Leveraging the capabilities of one of the world's most popular communication platforms, Viber, Postbank became the first financial institution in Bulgaria to develop its career chatbot. This initiative was aimed at offering an exceptional experience to its prospective candidates, answering queries, and making the application process seamless.
